Brewing the Booch



Brooks and I have successfully made 3 batches of Kombucha since our class.  Our SCOBY also grew so we were able to add 2 more brewing jars.  Once this next batch is ready, we will be able to make 12 bottles of Kombucha in about 9 days time.  We have been playing around with different flavorings.  Aram and I like berry flavors and lemon/lime.  Brooks is a little more adventurous and did a jalapeƱo/apple one as well as cardamom/star anise.

 Just an update on the Kombucha process.  Now going to enjoy this mixed berry kombucha. Cheers!
